Thunder Valley Pet Suppy ("we", "us") operates a pet supply store and grooming salon at 692 Main St, Hallstead, PA 18822. Contact us at Support@thunderpetsuppy.com.

This website lets you browse our products, reserve items for pickup, and request grooming appointments. Reservations sent through the website are requests, not confirmed orders — your order or appointment is confirmed when we reply to you by email or phone.

We work hard to keep product information, availability and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we catch a pricing or availability mistake after you reserve an item, we will let you know before completing your order.

Orders placed through this website are paid for in person at our store or by phone at the time of pickup or delivery. We do not collect payment through this website and never ask for card details here. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at the register.

Please pick up reserved items within 7 days of our confirmation. After that, we may return the items to our shelves.

Appointment requests are confirmed by us before they are booked. Please arrive on time; if you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another pet. For the safety of pets and groomers, we may decline services for animals that are seriously ill or aggressive, and we may recommend a veterinary visit first.

Grooming prices depend on your pet's size, coat condition and the style requested. The final price is confirmed with you before the groom begins.
