Refund & Return Policy

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. Returns are made in person at 692 Main St, Hallstead, PA 18822.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Cash purchases are refunded in cash. Refunds are processed at the time of the return.

Pets can be picky! If your pet turns their nose up at a new food or treats, bring the bag back — even if it's opened — within 30 days and we'll exchange it for another variety or refund it. We'd rather you find the right food than be stuck with a full bag.

For safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Grooming tools and brushes that have been used;
• Opened flea, tick or other topical treatments;
• Chewed or damaged toys and bedding;
• Gift cards or final-clearance items (marked as such at purchase).

If an item arrives damaged or stops working early, bring it back with your receipt and we will replace it or refund it. For items covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we'll also help you start that claim.

We want every pet to leave looking and feeling great. If you're not satisfied with a groom, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — with a touch-up, a discount on your next visit, or a refund of the grooming fee where appropriate.

Nothing is charged online. You only pay when you collect your order at the store or when it is delivered, so there's nothing to refund before pickup. If your plans change, just let us know — no hard feelings.
